Horrible business they have a great website but actually speaking to somebody through this website was just weird and awful only 2 minutes me and my husband was sitting here asking him some questions about what things we would like and he seemed very annoyed talking to us on the phone so we said goodbye we'll go to somebody else then he called me and text me to try to get my business back but my husband was already sour of the way he talked to us on the phone at the end of the day we're looking for somebody professional and that can understand what kind of things we would like to have for our wedding we are spending thousands of dollars for a company that will treat us kind and respect.

The process was seamless and I truly enjoyed dealing with everyone. Especially the lady that helped me with my pick up. She was extraordinary. I didn’t get her name but please thank her for me. I did an almost urgent pick up and the vibrant occasions team made it possible. Our event was complete because of them. Highly recommended!

Although customer service was quick and friendly, our order arrived an hour later than expected on the day of delivery. This delay caused us to be charged an extra fee at the venue, since we ended up staying well past closing time while we waited. Thirty minutes before our delivery window was set to close I called to ask about the status of our order, and was told there was a delay due to weather. However, when the delivery driver arrived, he admitted that our order had simply been forgotten until someone reminded them. This was highly disappointing, especially since we had paid a significant additional fee to Vibrant Occasions specifically to guarantee delivery within a set window.
On top of this, one of the chairs we received was broken, forcing us to scramble to find a replacement at the last minute.

We had a great experience renting a galvanized tub for a wedding from Vibrant Occasions! They were incredibly reasonable, flexible, and accommodating throughout the whole process. Everything was easy and stress-free, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. Highly recommend them for their excellent service and willingness to work with you!

Our friends had an event and Vibrant Occasions helped with table rentals. The weather was looking questionable so I called the night before and inquired about adding some tents. I appreciated someone picked up after hours and offering to help last minute, but I found the customer service lacking. First we were told they didn’t do pickups on Saturday even though we had a preexisting time at 10am for that day. Then the person refused to text me the tent options because we had already discussed on the phone (I had to discuss with our friends). His tone was frustrated and he said ‘take it or leave it’. Felt a bit abrasive when we were talking about adding $700 to our order.

These guys are amazing and saved our wedding day! With 24 hours notice, they agreed to put up a large clear tent while abiding with our venue’s detailed requirements. They were patient in answering our questions and super professional throughout. They worked overnight to set up the tent and everything ended up being perfect!

Had a great experience with Vibrant! I had a 20-person party, and decided to rent dishes, cutlery, glasses and chairs. They were fast to respond, quick to quote, and stayed in touch. The dishes were lovely, and the chairs were great for outside and indoors. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with vibrant occasions. They were very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire rental process.
What impressed me the most was their kindness and understanding when we realized that one of the chairs was missing after our event. Instead of pressuring us, they graciously gave us a week to look for it before following up. Their patience and excellent customer service made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

We had such an excellent experience with Vibrant Occasions for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah on a horse farm. We rented tents, picnic tables, and AV equipment. Communication was efficient and clear. Pricing was competitive and delivery was smooth. I will definitely recommend them to our friends!!

This was my first time using Vibrant Occasions, and from now on they’ll be my first call for any event! They provided everything I needed—tents, tables, chairs, linens, chafing dishes, and even a coffee maker. All of the rentals were clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition.
The team arrived on time for both set up and take down, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Peter was wonderful to work with and handled every detail of the transaction with professionalism.

Vibrant occasions really saved me when I had my mom’s birthday - I called 3 days before and they were so helpful on the phone. The process was super easy, seamless and incredibly affordable! Yes! We provide professional delivery, setup, and teardown services across Toronto & GTA. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our Scarborough location and order size. Self-pickup is also available at no delivery charge.
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. For weddings, large tents, or peak summer events (May–September), booking 3–6 months ahead ensures availability of your preferred items.
Yes, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and items. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your scheduled delivery.
Deposits are non-refundable. However, quantities and items can be adjusted upwards up to 14 days before your event, subject to availability.
