Can you handle my entire event — tent, linens, audio, and portable toilets?
Yes. Vibrant Occasions is one of the few event rental companies in the Greater Toronto Area that carries all of these under one roof. You can order your tent, seating, table settings, audio system, and portable washrooms from us in a single booking.
What is the minimum order size?
We serve everything from small backyard gatherings of 20 people to large community festivals with hundreds of attendees. There is no fixed minimum — call us and describe your event and we will work with your budget.
How far in advance should I book?
For large events (tents, staging, portable facilities) we recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance during peak season (May–October). We also offer last-minute rentals for urgent requests — call us directly.
Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes — our wedding rental packages start at $50.95 per person and cover tents, tables, chairs, and linens. We can also add audio, décor, and portable facilities. See our Rental Packages page or contact us for a custom quote.
