We booked rentals for an engagement party from Vibrant Occasions. Their service is excellent! Very responsive to change requested, arrived on time and even provided video assistance in linking Bluetooth speaks. Highly recommend their service.

This was my first time using Vibrant Occasions, and from now on they’ll be my first call for any event! They provided everything I needed—tents, tables, chairs, linens, chafing dishes, and even a coffee maker. All of the rentals were clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition.
The team arrived on time for both set up and take down, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Peter was wonderful to work with and handled every detail of the transaction with professionalism.
I highly recommend Vibrant Occasions and look forward to working with them again in the future!

We rented tables and chairs for our event, and the whole experience was excellent! The service was very friendly and professional, delivery and pickup were right on time, and everything arrived in great condition. The tables and chairs were sturdy, clean, and exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable rentals.

We used vibrant occasions for our wedding tables, linens, and chairs. Pickup and drop off were seamless and they were okay with us dropping off a little later due to unforeseen circumstances at no charge, which we really appreciated. The equipment was perfect, and I would highly recommend 🙂

I needed a high peak tent for my daughter’s surprise bridal shower and Vibrant Occasions were truly amazing!! Perry the owner was a true professional, answered all my questions and made my experience seamless without any problem. The set-up crew were phenomenal!! Surpassed all my expectations!! Thank you so much for great customer service and making me a very happy customer. Highly recommend and I’m sure I will be calling you again if I ever need a tent or table/chair rentals. Vibrant occasions really saved me when I had my mom’s birthday - I called 3 days before and they were so helpful on the phone. The process was super easy, seamless and incredibly affordable! The staff came to set everything up and take everything down and they were super accommodating about any requests I had! I will definitely be using them again for anything event related! Thank you for making my moms night so special 🙂
