Large marquee or high-peak tent, 15–20 tables, 120–150 chairs, full linen package, dance floor, and audio. Vibrant Occasions wedding packages start at $50.95/person for the core essentials.
Corporate Event or Trade Show (50–200 guests)

Frame tent or clear span structure, presentation staging, AV system, pipe and drape for booth separation, seating, and branded décor elements.
Community Festival or Street Event (200+ guests)

Multiple tents, portable toilets, generators, crowd control barriers, staging, cooking and catering equipment. Multi-day rentals may qualify for discounted rates.

Is delivery included in the rental price?
At Vibrant Occasions, delivery, setup, and teardown are included for tent and large equipment rentals. Small equipment (chairs, tables, linens) can be picked up from our Scarborough location or delivered at an additional flat fee depending on your address.

Do you charge HST on top of your rental prices?
Yes, all quoted prices are subject to applicable HST (13% in Ontario). Your final invoice will show the subtotal plus HST separately.

Yes — Vibrant Occasions offers full-service event rentals covering tents, tables, chairs, linens, audio, lighting, cooking equipment, portable toilets, and décor. Most clients prefer ordering everything from us to simplify coordination.
Are there discounts for large orders?
